Managing Classes
Create and manage organization classes from the Classes page (/org/classes).
Creating a Class
Enter a class name and click Create class. Class names can be up to 100 characters.
Editing a Class
Click Edit on a class card to open the class editor.
Rename the Class
Use the rename control next to the class name, enter the new name, and save.
Assign Subjects
A subject grid shows the subjects available for the class. Toggle subjects on or off to define what can be used for filtering, teaching goals, assessments, activities, and teacher subject access.
Subject assignments also control which subjects can be granted to organization teachers on the Teachers page.
Add Students
Enter a student name and click Add student. Students are sorted alphabetically. Names can be up to 100 characters.
Delete Students
Click the delete icon next to a student and confirm. This permanently removes the student and related data such as assessment history, activity results, grades, and progress records.
Deleting a Class
Click the delete icon on a class card and confirm. This permanently removes the class and its students and data.
Assigning Teachers to Classes
Teacher-to-class assignment is managed on the Teachers page, not here. On the Classes page you manage class content. On the Teachers page you control teacher access.
