Last updated: 2026-04-22

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of TeachersFlow, including teachersflow.com and app.teachersflow.com(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Who may use TeachersFlow

TeachersFlow is intended for teachers, schools, educational organizations, and authorized students using teacher-created links. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision required by your parent, guardian, school, or local law.

4. The Service

TeachersFlow provides educational productivity tools, including AI-assisted test grading, assessment generation, lesson planning, teaching materials, class and student management, activities, student portals, organization management, personalization, and Flowee.

Features may change over time. We may improve, add, limit, suspend, or remove features where needed for security, reliability, product direction, legal compliance, or business reasons.

5. Accounts and responsibility

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

  • Individual teachers use their own plan and limits.
  • Organization admins manage an organization, teachers, classes, limits, billing, and access.
  • Organization teachers are linked to an organization and may use organization-managed limits and resources.

Organization admins are responsible for inviting the correct teachers, assigning access, managing seats and limits, paying organization subscriptions, and removing users who should no longer have access.

6. Student data and permissions

You are responsible for making sure you have the right permissions, notices, consents, and legal basis to enter, upload, generate, share, or process student data and educational records in TeachersFlow. You must follow applicable laws and your school's policies.

Do not enter sensitive or unnecessary personal data unless it is lawful, appropriate, and needed for your educational use.

7. Student links and activities

Teachers may create activity links and student portal links. These are bearer-style links, meaning anyone with the valid code, link, or token may access the linked activity or student portal until it expires or is revoked. If you enable editable shared materials, authorized token holders may edit those materials.

You are responsible for sharing links only with authorized students, parents, guardians, or school staff, and for revoking links that should no longer be active.

8. AI features and teacher review

TeachersFlow uses AI to help generate, analyze, grade, summarize, and edit educational content. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular student or class.

You must review AI-generated assessments, lesson plans, grades, feedback, student notes, and other outputs before relying on them. AI output should not be the sole basis for final grades, disciplinary decisions, placement, eligibility, legal decisions, or other important decisions affecting a student.

Flowee and other AI tools may create, edit, or delete content when you approve those actions or configure tool settings to allow them. You are responsible for reviewing AI tool actions, approval settings, and final results before relying on them.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit to TeachersFlow. You give us a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, modify, store, and delete your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit your content and to let us process it under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You should keep your own copies of important records, grades, lesson plans, teaching materials, files, and exports. We work to protect stored content, but we do not guarantee that content will never be lost, corrupted, delayed, or unavailable.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use TeachersFlow to:

  • Break the law, violate student privacy, or violate school policies.
  • Upload or generate harmful, abusive, discriminatory, sexual, exploitative, illegal, or rights-infringing content.
  • Submit student data without proper authority, notices, permissions, or legal basis.
  • Use AI output without appropriate human review where students may be affected.
  • Share account credentials, bypass access controls, misuse student links, or access data you are not authorized to access.
  • Interfere with, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, attack, or probe the Service without permission.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to resell the Service without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, limit features, or take other reasonable action if we believe these Terms are violated or the Service, users, students, or third parties may be at risk.

You are responsible for unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service under your account or through links, codes, or tokens you create or share.

11. Third-party services

TeachersFlow relies on third-party services needed to operate the Service:

  • Google Cloud and Google Cloud Storage: hosting, infrastructure, file storage, and security.
  • Google Gemini / Google AI: AI text, image, and embedding processing for AI-assisted features.
  • Google: Google sign-in, Google Docs/Drive access, Google Analytics, Google Tag, Google Fonts, and related browser-delivered services.
  • MongoDB Atlas: database hosting, storage, and vector search.
  • Stripe: payments, subscriptions, invoices, billing portal, and related fraud prevention.
  • Mailgun: transactional email delivery.
  • Content delivery providers: delivery of browser-loaded libraries such as MathJax, where used.

We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, delays, limits, data handling, or failures that are outside our reasonable control. Browser features such as speech recognition may also be handled by your browser or device provider. Your use of those features may be subject to third-party terms.

12. Plans, billing, and limits

Plans, prices, limits, and included features are shown on the pricing page and inside the application. Limits may include AI requests, students, activities, teaching materials, training documents, teacher seats, and organization usage pools. We may change plans, prices, and limits prospectively.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are non-refundable, and renew until cancelled. If you cancel, you usually keep paid access until the end of the current billing period. Upgrades, downgrades, failed payments, taxes, invoices, and renewals are handled through Stripe and the application billing flow.

13. EU consumer withdrawal and refunds

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. By subscribing and using the Service immediately, you ask us to begin providing digital services before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that your withdrawal right may be limited once the service has been fully performed or used, as allowed by law.

14. Availability

We work to keep TeachersFlow reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. The Service may be affected by maintenance, bugs, security issues, internet problems, provider outages, legal requirements, or force majeure events.

We do not provide any uptime, support response, recovery, or service-level commitment unless we separately agree to it in writing.

15. Account deletion and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. The application allows account deletion scheduling with a current 30-day grace period. During that period, deletion may be cancelled. Paid subscriptions should be cancelled through the billing portal where applicable.

Deletion may not immediately remove backups, security logs, billing records, support records, or records we must keep for legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the Service, fail to pay required fees, or harm TeachersFlow, users, students, providers, or third parties.

16. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Educational decisions remain your responsibility.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeachersFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or educational outcomes. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or EUR 100 if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms, notifying you through the Service, or sending email where appropriate.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will handle any dispute.

20. Contact
