Last updated: 2026-03-08
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using TeachersFlow (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Service provider (operator)
The Service is provided by:
- Legal name: Jan Maxa
- ID No. (IČ): 24495689
- Business address: Renoirova 652/16, 152 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic
- Contact email: info@teachersflow.com
4. Description of the Service
TeachersFlow is an educational productivity platform for teachers and educational organizations. The Service may include (depending on your account type and plan) features such as:
- Class/group and student management
- Assessment and lesson content generation and editing
- Interactive classroom activities (e.g., quizzes, questionnaires, team activities)
- Training and personalization using documents you connect or upload
- Usage tracking and plan limit enforcement
- Image-based and other AI-assisted tools (for example, grading assistance from uploaded photos plus your instructions/context)
Some features may involve sending content you provide (such as text or images) to third-party providers to generate output. If you choose to save results, related content (including images) may be stored so you can access it later.
5. Accounts and access
To use the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account types. The Service supports three account types:
- Individual teacher — a standalone teacher account on a personal plan (Free, Advanced, or Pro).
- Organization administrator (org admin) — creates and manages an organization, sets usage limits, and pays the organization's subscription. Org admins have a separate dashboard to manage teachers, classes, and billing.
- Organization teacher (org teacher) — a teacher account linked to an organization by the org admin. Org teachers use the organization's shared AI request pool instead of a personal plan. Their access to the Service is controlled by the organization's subscription status and their continued link to the organization.
Important:The current architecture authenticates many requests using your account email address. You are responsible for protecting access to the email account and devices you use to access the Service. For org teachers, access may be revoked immediately if the organization's subscription lapses or if the org admin removes you from the organization.
6. Educational and student data
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions required to upload or input any personal data (including student data) into the Service and to instruct us to process it on your behalf. If you are using the Service for an educational institution, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and your institution’s policies.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or input into the Service. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and store your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide your content to the Service and to grant the above license.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use TeachersFlow only for lawful educational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal, unauthorized, or non-educational purpose
- Upload, share, or process content that is harmful, offensive, inappropriate, or violates student privacy
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or student data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or other users' experience
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the service without our permission
- Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
- Use the service to create assessments for commercial purposes without proper licensing or authority
- Upload documents containing personally identifiable information of students without proper consent
- Use the service to generate content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from our service
- Use the service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the service without authorization
Student data: Do not upload student data unless you have the appropriate permissions and legal basis.
9. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers. Depending on features you use, this may include:
- Google Cloud (cloud hosting/infrastructure)
- OpenAI (AI model provider, including for Test Grader)
- Google (authentication and document access where enabled)
- Stripe (payment processing and subscription management)
- MongoDB Atlas (database storage and vector search for personalization)
- Google Analytics / Google Tag (usage analytics in the logged-in application)
Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms. For details on data processing, see our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
10. Plans, billing, and limits
Individual teacher plans. TeachersFlow offers three plans for individual teachers. All plans include usage limits (monthly AI request limit, total student limit, monthly activity limit, and document word limit). Limits reset monthly (free plan: rolling monthly period from account creation; paid plans: based on the Stripe billing period).
- Free — $0/month: 40 AI requests/month, 100 total students, 10 activities/month.
- Advanced — $16/month: 200 AI requests/month, 1,000 total students, 500 activities/month.
- Pro — $32/month: 1,000 AI requests/month, 1,000 total students, 500 activities/month.
Organization plans. Organizations use custom pricing calculated from the limits set by the org admin:
- $0.10 per student slot per month
- $2.00 per teacher seat per month
- $10.00 per 1,000 AI requests per month
The organization's AI requests are drawn from a shared pool. Individual org teacher accounts do not have their own request limits — they draw from the organization's pool instead. If the organization's pool is exhausted or the subscription lapses, org teachers lose access to AI features.
Billing. All paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Subscription management (cancellation, plan changes, and invoices) is handled via Stripe Checkout and/or the Stripe customer portal. Upgrades may take effect immediately; downgrades may take effect at the end of the current billing period, depending on how the subscription change is applied in Stripe.
Prices listed above are in USD and may change. Current pricing is always displayed on the pricing page and within the application.
11. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal. If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@teachersflow.com.
Immediate performance. By subscribing and starting to use the Service immediately, you acknowledge and agree that the provision of digital content begins before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you may lose your right to withdraw once the Service has been fully provided or significant usage has occurred.
Refunds. Except as required by law (including the statutory right of withdrawal), payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will maintain access until the end of the current billing period.
12. Service availability and changes
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Immediate availability of all features
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
Availability: The Service is offered worldwide, subject to applicable laws and technical availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
13. Termination and account deletion
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account from within the application. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify data associated with your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
If you have a paid subscription, you should manage cancellation via the billing portal. In some cases, the Service may require subscription cancellation to succeed before completing account deletion (to help avoid accidental ongoing billing).
14. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them with students or for official grading.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting updated Terms on this page and/or through the Service.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Czech Republic.
18. Contact
