One place for the whole teaching week
TeachersFlow isn't one more tool to juggle. Planning, assessments, live activities, dictation, voice, and a record of every student's progress live in one place that already knows your groups — instead of moving between a chatbot, a voice app, a quiz maker, and a spreadsheet. You're paying for the whole teaching workflow held together calmly, so more of your time goes to the students who need you — not to the busywork between tools.
Frequently asked questions
Why use TeachersFlow instead of ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a general chatbot — useful for all kinds of tasks, but you set it up from scratch every time. TeachersFlow is built for teaching: it keeps a living library of your groups, students, and materials, formats that context so the AI can use it well, and wraps it in workflows made for teachers — grading tests, generating assessments, running live activities, and much more.
Is my students' data safe?
Yes. You and your school stay in control of what's entered — TeachersFlow only processes it to run the features you use. Student data is never sold and never used to train AI models. Product analytics is EU-hosted, consent-based, and captures no student content, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
Can I try the app before subscribing?
Yes! You can try the app before subscribing with no credit card required. On the free plan you have access to all features — the only difference between plans is usage limits. And it's a real plan, not a trial: there's no time limit, so you can stay on it as long as it works for you.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will keep your current plan's features until the end of your billing period. Your classes, students, and materials stay in your account — nothing is deleted, so you can pick up right where you left off.
What happens if I upgrade from Advanced to Pro?
When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to Pro features. Your usage doesn't reset — only your limits increase. You'll pay only the remaining percentage of time left in your billing period times the difference in price. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Advanced?
When you downgrade, you'll keep all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged extra, and your plan will automatically switch to Advanced at the start of your next billing cycle.
Understanding our plan parameters
A clear breakdown of what each plan parameter means in the TeachersFlow app.
| Parameter | What it means |
|---|---|
| AI requests | Every time the AI does work for you — grading a photographed test, generating an assessment, planning a lesson, creating content in teaching materials, or a message to Flowee — counts as one request. The allowance resets each month; the features themselves are the same on every plan. |
| Dictation & voice generation | Both draw from one shared monthly voice allowance. Dictation turns your speech into text anywhere you can type in the app; voice generation creates spoken audio clips inside your teaching materials. Voice generation uses the allowance faster — that’s why plans read “5 hours dictation or 30 min voice generation” — and you can split it between the two however you like. |
| Activities | Live classroom activities your students join from their own devices — quizzes, questionnaires, team projects, anonymous voting, and keyword collectors. Counted per month; unlimited on paid plans. |
| Total students | The number of unique student profiles you can keep across all your groups, each building a record of results and progress over time. Unlimited on paid plans. |
| Support | How quickly we answer. Every plan gets real help from us — on Advanced your questions move ahead of the free queue, and on Pro they go first. |
