Can I try the app before subscribing?
Yes! You can try the app before subscribing with no credit card required. On the free plan, you have access to all features. The only difference between plans is usage limits.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data when I change plans?
Your data is always safe! All your chat history, training documents, classes, students, and account settings are preserved when you upgrade or downgrade. Only your usage limits change.
Where do I manage my subscription?
If you have an active subscription, click your profile in the navigation bar to go to the account settings page. Find the Manage subscription button. From there you'll be taken to your customer profile, where you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan.
What happens if I upgrade from Advanced ($16) to Pro ($32)?
When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to Pro features. Your usage doesn't reset — only your limits increase. You'll pay only the remaining percentage of time left in your billing period times the difference in price. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro ($32) to Advanced ($16)?
When you downgrade, you'll keep all Pro features until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged extra, and your plan will automatically switch to Advanced at the start of your next billing cycle.
