Creating an Account

Go to app.teachersflow.com/auth and click Sign up.

Account Types

Choose the right account type during signup:

Individual Teacher

A standalone personal account. You manage your own subscription, classes, and students. Choose this if you're not part of a school organization on TeachersFlow.

Organization Teacher

For teachers whose school already has a TeachersFlow organization account. Your email must be added to the organization by the admin before you can sign up. If you get an error saying your email isn't recognized, contact your school's TeachersFlow admin and ask them to add your email on the Teachers page.

See Being an Org Teacher for a full explanation of how org teacher accounts work.

Organization Admin

For school administrators setting up a new organization account. You'll need to enter your organization name and website. After signup, TeachersFlow verifies that your email address appears on your organization's official website, so use an email that is listed there.

After signing up as org admin, you can add teacher emails and set up classes.

Signup Steps

  1. Enter your email, password, first name, and last name
  2. Select your account type
  3. Accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement
  4. Click Sign up
  5. A 6-digit verification code is sent to your email
  6. Enter the code to verify your account
  7. You're taken into the app

Google Sign-In

You can also sign up and sign in with Google. Click the Google button on the auth page. Make sure you've selected the correct account type before clicking — for org teacher signup, select your organization from the dropdown first, then click Google.

After Signing Up

New teacher accounts start with a short guided setup: one question about what you want help with, then that tool running on sample data before you use it on your own. It can be skipped at any point, and it only appears once.

After that — and on every later sign-in — teachers land on Test grader and organization admins on the organization overview. Account Settings is where usage, subscription, and personalization live, reachable from the navbar at any time.
