"Can't Sign In" — Org Teacher

If you're an org teacher and can't sign in, there are two likely causes:

1. Your Organization's Subscription Has Lapsed

TeachersFlow checks the organization's subscription status on every sign-in. If the org admin's subscription has expired or a payment has failed, all org teachers are blocked from signing in until the subscription is restored.

Fix: Ask your school's TeachersFlow admin to check the Billing page and reactivate or update payment details.

2. Your Email Was Removed

If the admin removed your email from the linked emails list, your account is suspended. You'll see an error on sign-in.

Fix: Ask your admin to re-add your email on the Teachers page. Once re-added, you can sign in again.

"My Email Was Added But I Still Can't Sign Up"

The linked email must exactly match the email you're signing up with, including capitalization. Ask your admin to double-check the email they entered on the Teachers page.

Lost Access Mid-Session

If you're already signed in and suddenly get logged out with an error, it means the org's subscription status changed while you were active (e.g., payment failed). Sign in again once the admin has resolved the billing issue.

Org Admin Can't See a Teacher on the Overview

If a teacher signed up but doesn't appear on the Overview or Teachers page:

  • Check that the teacher's email is in the linked emails list and shows Registered status
  • If it still shows Pending, the teacher hasn't completed signup — ask them to check their verification email
