Account Deletion

How Deletion Works

Account deletion is scheduled, not immediate. When you request deletion:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click Delete account
  3. Type DELETE in the confirmation field
  4. Click Schedule deletion

Your account is marked for deletion 30 days from the request date. You can continue using the app during this period.

What Gets Deleted

Individual Teacher

  • Your account and profile
  • All groups, students, and their assessment history
  • All activities and results
  • All training documents and teaching profile
  • Chat history and learned preferences
  • Teaching goals and lesson plans
  • Your Stripe subscription

Organization Admin

  • Your org admin account
  • All linked teacher accounts
  • All classes, students, and their data
  • The organization's Stripe subscription
  • All data associated with the organization

Organization Teacher

  • Your teacher account
  • Your activities and results
  • Your training documents and teaching profile
  • Your chat history and learned preferences
  • Your teaching goals

Canceling a Scheduled Deletion

If you change your mind before the 30 days are up:

  1. Sign in to your account (it's still active during the grace period)
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Click Cancel deletion

The scheduled deletion will be removed and your account returns to normal.

After Deletion

Once the 30-day period passes and deletion executes, all data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. There is no way to restore a deleted account.
