Verification Email Not Arriving

After signing up, a 6-digit code is sent to your email. If it doesn't arrive:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address
  • Wait a minute — email delivery can sometimes be slightly delayed
  • If it still hasn't arrived, go back to sign up and try again

"Email already in use"

An account with this email already exists. Try signing in instead. If you've forgotten your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.

Organization Teacher — "Organization not found" or Email Not Recognized

If you're signing up as an org teacher and can't find your organization in the dropdown, or you get an error saying your email isn't linked:

  • Your email must be added to the organization's linked emails list by your admin before you sign up
  • Contact your school's TeachersFlow admin and ask them to add your email on the Teachers page
  • Once they've added it, try signing up again

Organization Admin — DPA Checkbox Required

During org admin signup you must accept the Data Processing Agreement. The signup won't proceed without it. See Compliance for what the DPA covers.

Google Sign-In Not Working

  • Make sure you've selected the correct account type before clicking the Google button
  • For org teacher signup, select your organization from the dropdown first, then click Google
  • If Google auth fails, try the email/password signup instead
