Creating and Running an Activity
- Click Create activity and choose a type
- Write the activity manually or use AI generation where available
- Assign the activity to a group and subject
- Set the due date and time
- Share the unique code, link, or QR code with students
- Start the activity when you are ready
- Monitor submissions and results
- Review results after the activity expires
Students do not need accounts. They join from the public activity page with the activity code.
Saving Results to Students
Several activity types include a Save to individual students when activity expires option. When enabled, results can be attached to student progress records after the activity closes.
For quizzes, automatic grading can also be enabled when saving to students is turned on.
AI Generation and Notes
AI can generate activity content for supported activity types. This uses one AI request.
After an activity expires, you can generate AI-powered notes based on submissions. These notes help you turn activity responses into follow-up feedback.
Request usage for notes varies by activity type. Anonymous Voting and Keyword Collector use one request, Team Project uses one request per team, and Quiz or Questionnaire notes can use one request per student.
Sharing and Expiration
Activities expire at the due date and time. After expiration, the code stops working for new submissions, but you can still review results. Expired codes are invalidated so students cannot join an old activity later.
Team Projects
For Team Projects, create teams before starting the activity. Students submit as a team, and you can review team submissions from the results view.
