Account settings
Account settings is where teachers manage their profile, usage, billing, personalization, data and compliance, and find help. Open it from the profile button in the teacher app.
Tabs

Organization teachers see Your account, Data Compliance, and Resources. Billing and personalization are managed by the organization admin.
Usage
Usage cards on Your account show the limits that apply to the current account.
Individual teachers see:
- Requests remaining
- Activities remaining
- Students remaining
- Voice minutes remaining
Usage follows the teacher's plan cycle, and the reset date is shown below the cards.
Organization teachers see the organization's shared pool: teachers, students, and requests used against the organization limits.
Billing
Individual teachers can change plans from Billing. Three plans are available:
- Free — $0/month
- Advanced — $12/month
- Pro — $24/month
Each card lists what the plan includes (AI requests, activities, students, and voice minutes). Checkout runs through Stripe. Manage billing opens the Stripe portal to update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades are scheduled for the next billing period.
Personalization
Personalization holds a sub-tab for each tool. Settings are saved per teacher and applied automatically:
- General — your teaching profile (philosophy, approach, values, classroom context), used across all AI generations
- Flowee — personality instructions, tool permissions (Auto vs. Ask first), and saved memory
- Assessment generator — default requirements
- Lesson planner — default requirements
- Test grader — default requirements
- Dictation — voice dictation settings
Personalization is the highest-leverage setup in the app — a five-minute teaching profile changes every generation you'll ever run. The what-and-why guide is Teach the AI to be you.
Data Compliance
This tab is where you export your data and handle consent and legal documents:
- Full account export — download a complete ZIP copy of everything TeachersFlow stores about you.
- Legal documents — links to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Cookie Policy.
Individual teachers also get consent tools:
- School authorization — generate a link for a school administrator to authorize processing of student data, with the school as data controller. Confirmations are recorded here, and recipients are asked to re-confirm if the legal documents change materially.
- Parental consent — generate one link per student for a parent or guardian to confirm consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Individual teachers and organization admins also see Documents for your school — a ready-made parental consent and privacy notice template a school can adapt for its own paperwork.
Feedback and resources
Use Give us feedback (the button next to the tabs) to send bug reports, feature ideas, suggestions, or general feedback from inside the app.
The Resources tab gathers the tutorial video, links to the docs and changelog, the community group, social channels, and a support email.
Account deletion
Deleting an account (under Your account) schedules deletion with a 30-day grace period. During that period, deletion can be canceled. After permanent deletion, account data is removed from TeachersFlow.
