Account settings
Account settings is where teachers manage their profile, usage, billing, personalization, resources, and feedback. Open it from the profile button in the teacher app.
Tabs
Individual teachers see:

Organization teachers see the account and resources areas. Billing is managed by the organization admin.
Usage
Usage cards show the limits that apply to the current account:
- AI requests
- Activities
- Students
- Organization usage where relevant
Individual teacher usage follows the teacher's plan cycle. Organization teacher usage comes from the organization's shared monthly pool.
Billing
Individual teachers can change plans from Billing. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades are scheduled for the next billing period.
Personalization
Personalization lets individual teachers configure:
- Flowee tone, personality, tools, and memory
- Test grader default requirements
- Assessment generator default requirements and document sources
- Lesson planner default requirements
Feedback and resources
Use Give us feedback to send bug reports, feature ideas, suggestions, general feedback, or praise from inside the app.
Account deletion
Deleting an account schedules deletion with a 30-day grace period. During that period, deletion can be canceled. After permanent deletion, account data is removed from TeachersFlow.
