Organization billing

Organization billing uses custom monthly pricing. It is managed from Billing (/org/billing).

How organization pricing works

Organization pricing is custom and billed monthly. The organization admin configures the needed capacity in the app, and TeachersFlow calculates the monthly subscription from that setup.

The public pricing page describes organization pricing as scalable custom pricing. It does not publish fixed resource rates.

What admins configure

The Billing page lets admins configure the organization plan around:

• Students
• Teachers
• Shared AI requests

These values control the capacity available to the organization and its teachers.

Subscription status

An active organization subscription is required for organization teachers to sign in. If billing becomes past due or canceled, teacher access is suspended until billing is restored.

Saving changes

Admins can save new organization limits from the Billing page. If the subscription is already active, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Checkout and invoices

Use Activate subscription to start checkout. Active subscribers can open Manage billing / invoices to update payment details or view invoices in Stripe.

Canceling

Canceling schedules the subscription to end at the end of the billing period. Organization teachers lose access after the subscription ends, while data remains intact.
