I'm Jan Maxa, the founder of TeachersFlow, based in the Czech Republic. I started TeachersFlow after watching my mother spend her evenings writing individual feedback for more than a hundred students: giving everything to her class, at the cost of her own time. I wanted teachers like her to be able to keep giving that much, without it taking everything they have.
Right now I'm a sole founder, so I take care of all of it myself — I build the app, design and write the website, run our social media, write the blog, and handle everything in between. I also talk with teachers directly: I read every piece of feedback and let it shape what gets built next.
